个人简介

总体情况：

王平，1972年2月出生，汉族，北京大学国际法和国际经济法学士，英国诺丁汉大学欧盟法法律硕士、法学博士，现任长春理工大学法学院教授、硕士生导师。曾经就职于国务院港澳事务办公室，后任教于英国诺丁汉大学法学院。主要研究领域是政府采购法、国际贸易法（世贸组织法）、欧盟法、知识产权法、竞争法等议题。曾在国际经济法学刊（Journal of International Economic Law）、政府采购法研究 (Public Procurement Law Review)、中国法律前沿、财政研究等中英文刊物及学术文集发表数十篇学术论文，专章。多次参加国际学术会议并发言，并就中国加入世界贸易组织政府采购协议的谈判和中国政府采购法律制度改革事宜，作为特邀专家为世界贸易组织，欧盟，世界银行，亚洲开发银行，我国财政部，商务部进行了多项专题研究及培训。

工作经历：

1995年9月至2002年8月在国务院港澳事务办公室香港政务司及法律司任职，参加了香港和澳门回归有关工作；

2006 年至2021年8月，在英国诺丁汉大学法学院任教，助理教授、博士生导师。在诺大任职期间，担任法学院政府采购研究中心副主任（该中心由Sue Arrowsmith教授创建，为国际两大权威政府采购法研究机构之一）；2009年至2021年8月担任法学院政府采购法精英硕士项目主任（该项目自设立以来培养了来自多国和国际组织的近400名采购专业人员）；自2008年担任博士生导师，指导来自不同国家的博士生9名；作为内审和外审专家，评审了8名博士的博士论文（其中政府采购法4篇，知识产权法4篇，欧盟反倾销法1篇）。

2021年9月至今，在长春理工大学法学院任教，担任硕士生导师。
